How to Delete Your VibeCall Account

Effective Date: 27th July 2025

If you would like to permanently delete your VibeCall account and associated data, you can follow these steps:

1. Open the VibeCall app
2. Click on the account icon in the top left corner
3. Navigate to → account
4. Tap "delete account"
5. Confirm your phone number and submit the request

Alternative Method: You can also email us directly at [email protected] with your registered phone number to request account deletion.

What happens when you delete your account:

• All your personal information will be permanently deleted from our systems
• Your call history and records will be removed
• Any remaining credits in your account will be forfeited
• You will no longer be able to access the VibeCall services with your deleted account

Processing Time: Your account deletion request will be processed within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been successfully deleted.
